You never forget your first. For our first shirt, we brought in iconic NYC street photographer Ricky Powell to shoot our Brooklyn location's storefront, that we all agreed felt reminiscent of the cover for the legendary album Paul's Boutique by the Beastie Boys. Then we teamed up with our Five Four family out of LA to sell the shirts and donate the proceeds from all sales to Art Start, a non-profit organization that "uses the creative process to nurture the voices, hearts, and minds of historically marginalized youth, offering a space for them to imagine, believe, and represent their creative vision for their lives and communities."
