RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


ONLINE ORDERS


Good Luck Dry Cleaners will gladly accept exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact, along with your receipt, within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. A free, one-time return label will be provided for exchange requests for all U.S. orders.

Pending availability, we can replace your current item with a different size, color, or design within 14 days for online orders. Any special discounts offered cannot be applied toward exchanges of a different item. Fees may apply on exchanges based on the price of the replacement item.

We only offer a one-time exchange for U.S. orders. Exchanged orders can only be returned for store credit.

We are not responsible for lost packages. The cost of expedited shipping to you for the original order (if applicable) is not subject to refund.

Defective Items

Defects or damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt to customer support at phil@goodluckdrycleaners.com.

Incorrect & Missing Items

If you believe you received an incorrect item or are missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

International Orders

Simply mail the item(s) to our return address within 14 days from the date of delivery. We do not provide return labels or issue exchanges for international orders outside of the U.S.

ONLINE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

All requests submitted online will be manually reviewed within 1-3 business days. Once your request is approved, you will receive a follow-up email with your prepaid label to print out. Drop the parcel at your nearest shipping carrier access point with your printed label.

Please include all original invoices and item packaging with your return. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your request once your package is received and passes inspection. We need to physically receive the item before processing your exchange request. Store credit is issued as a gift card code for a future purchase and does not expire.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Within 7 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive a replacement of your current item with a different size, color, or design. Fees may apply on exchanges or returns based on the price of the replacement item.

Return of online orders will be processed according to our online policy.

Online purchases can be exchanged in-store.

Specially priced items purchased online can only be returned in-store for a store credit or exchange.

We only offer one-time exchanges for both in-store and online purchases returned to the store.

REFUND/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Good Luck Dry Cleaners reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the below return requirements at Good Luck Dry Cleaners’ sole discretion. Returns will only be eligible for exchange if they meet the following criteria:
 
• Must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery and 7 days from in-store purchase
• Must have the original tags attached
• Must be in good, unworn original condition- no stains, rips, odors, etc.
• Must not have any alterations

Products that are not in the same condition as they were at the time of delivery or which have been used beyond the mere opening of the package shall not be exchanged.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

You will receive a confirmation via email once your return is processed. Store credit can be used online and in store. Store or merchandise credits may not be converted to cash at any point, except as required by applicable law.
